Where is Robbie Turner?
The reclusive season 8 queen retreated from public life in 2018 after admitting to Entertainment Weekly that she’d falsified a story about being in a car accident that killed her Uber driver. Now, some of the queens of RuPaul’s Drag Race All Stars 10 are providing an exclusive update on Robbie’s potential whereabouts.
“I can’t find Robbie. I literally cannot find her,” Acid Betty tells EW, when asked during a roundtable discussion if she’s attempted to contact her season 8 sister over the years. “I’ve reached out to her on Instagram, I text her, I always email her.”
However, Seattle drag sisters Irene the Alien (who competed on season 15 as Irene Dubois) and season 14’s Bosco added that they may know where the Washington state native went shortly after her disappearance.
“Literally, Chehalis, Washington,” Irene chimes in, referring to the small Pacific Northwest city that, according to Google Maps, is a roughly nine-minute drive away from Robbie’s hometown of Centralia, Wash.
Bosco and Irene then excitedly voice an urge to “bring Robbie back” from her secretive existence.
After season 13’s Denali jokes that “Robbie’s too busy working for Uber,” Irene elaborates that her All Stars 10 sister isn’t entirely wrong. “After everything happened, she did spend a little time as an Uber driver, but she moved back home to Chehalis,” Irene explains.
Excited by the prospect of finding Robbie, Acid adds, “We’re on the hunt for you, Robbie! We’re going to find her.”
Irene then turns to the camera to make a plea directly to the queen in question.
“Robbie, if you’re out there, we’re ready for you to come back,” she says, while Bosco stresses, “You did nothing wrong, baby. We miss you!”
Never one to miss an opportunity for promotion, season 15’s Mistress Isabelle Brooks then extended a comical offer for Robbie to join her weekly YouTube series.
“Mistress Monday is ready for you with open arms!” Mistress said.
In April 2018, Robbie posted a series of alarming messages on social media indicating that her late-night Uber had been involved in a fatal DUI accident, which she said killed her driver and sent the drag entertainer to the hospital with minor injuries.
Shortly after, EW inquired with the rideshare company and the Seattle Police Department, but neither had records of driver-related deaths on the evening of April 14, the date Robbie said the incident occurred.
While Robbie later explained in her EW interview that she “woke up with bruises” on her body, she was able to more properly piece together what happened to her in the aftermath.

“After days of poking around and sleuthing to figure out everything I had gone through, days later I saw footage of me coming home, getting out of a car, and getting into my apartment okay,” Robbie recalled at the time.
“What [I] think happened is that I was slipped something [in my drink] because I didn’t drink that much that night, and [that I] slipped and fell in the shower,” she continued. “The hat I was wearing is completely bent and gross, so we think I hit my head in the shower, got out of makeup, went to bed, and had a very vivid and ridiculous dream.”
