On Sunday, the Blackpink member took a break from her current Deadline World Tour and enjoyed some downtime in New York City. The singer strolled the streets in an off-duty look that championed the controversial layered pants trend.
It was an edgy, black-and-grey ensemble that featured a black, ruched nylon bralette with thick straps, which Rosé matched with a pair of high-waisted pants of the same material.
Adding a second layer to the sporty look, the star pulled on a pair of baggy, wide-leg acid-wash grey jeans right over the nylon pants—showing off the unexpected juxtaposition.
The “APT” singer topped off her look with a pair of chunky black-and-white sneakers and a slouchy leather bag that she slung over her shoulder.
The Blackpink star—who performed with her band on Saturday—debuted two other denim looks while in New York. On Friday, Rosé stepped out in Soho wearing a black, triangle bralette, styled under a transparent, white tunic with a delicate lace hem. Slightly tucking the tunic into her flared blue jeans, the star accessorized with a white crossbody bag, black flip-flops, and dark shades.
Later that evening, the swapped out the white tunic for a black silk tank. The lingerie-style top featured peek-a-boo lace front and back and was cinched with a skinny brown-and-gold leather belt.
Blackpink will return to the stage in August, kicking off the European leg of their tour with two shows in France.
