‘Riverdale’ Hunk, 28, Is Unrecognizable in New Photo With Famous ‘Bros’ originally appeared on Parade.
Riverdale hunk KJ Apa, 28, looked completely different in a recent social media share. In fact, if the actor weren’t tagged in the picture, we wouldn’t have known it was him.
Taking to Instagram for a Fourth of July post, Rob Lowe, 61, took a “bros” photo as he posed by a pool with his two sons, Matthew, 32, and John Owen, 29.

Lowe’s former Parks and Recreation co-star Chris Pratt, 46, was also in the photo. Standing behind Lowe was Apa, with messy brown hair and a little bit of scruff on his face.
That’s right. Nearly two years after Riverdale ended, Apa has put Archie in the rearview. Gone is the signature red hair and pale skin that made the character infamous; the New Zealand actor is now sporting a dark tan and brown hair.
“Blessed to have the bros over for the 4th!” read the caption on Lowe’s Instagram post.

While fans didn’t specifically call out Apa, they did agree the group of men were smoking hot.
“Well now, that’s a very handsome group of men. Happy 4th,” and, “Great looking crew!” were a couple of comments left on Lowe’s Instagram Post.
Riverdale fans can see Apa like never before in the upcoming flick The Map That Leads to You, with Outer Banks star Madelyn Cline and Josh Lucas. The movie is set to be released later this year.
