As high-powered ad exec Angela Bower on the classic ’80s sitcom Who’s the Boss, Judith Light was a TV mainstay for eight seasons — and as one recent video proves, the 76-year-old actress seemingly hasn’t aged a day since.

In a clip shared to TikTok by the Tracey Mattingly agency (which represents hair stylists and makeup artists), Light posed in what appeared to be a hotel room wearing a long, navy blue dress with a flared skirt and light blue flowered print. Her blonde hair fell in soft waves around her shoulders, and her makeup was subtle but glowing.

Fans in the comments were absolutely blown away by the star’s shockingly youthful appearance.

“No way she is 76. She looks younger than she did on Who’s the Boss,” one person wrote, with someone else declaring, “Judith Light is absolutely aging backwards.”

“Wow! Look at her not aging! Stunning,” gushed someone else.

“Angela! Still the boss,” quipped yet another fan.

In November 2024, Light gave Who’s the Boss fans hope when she addressed rumors about a possible reboot in an interview with Variety.

“I would be delighted,” she said. “But in terms of where I am and the workload that I have right now, I don’t know what my availability would be. When I started my career, I said I’d never do a soap opera and I’d never do a sitcom. Well, I did both those things. Then I said I would never marry an actor. And I did just that. So, I learned to never say never.”
