Rachel Zoe is seeking joint custody of her two children after filing for divorce from her husband Rodger Berman.
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star, 53, shares two sons with the entrepreneur: Skyler, 14 and Kaius, 11.
In court documents filed in Los Angeles on Monday, July 21, and obtained by PEOPLE, Zoe is requesting joint legal and physical custody of the former couple’s minor children, while asking for her and Berman to both have visitation rights.

There was no mention of child support.
Zoe and Berman announced the “mutual decision” to end their marriage in September 2024. At the time, they stated that they would continue to co-parent their children together.
“We are incredibly proud of the loving family we have created and our countless memories together,” a joint statement shared by Berman and Zoe on Instagram read.
“Our number one priority has been and will always be our children. We are committed to co-parent our boys and to continue to work together within the many businesses we share,” it continued.
Their date of separation is listed as June 27, 2024, in the court docs filed on Monday.
“Irreconcilable differences” was cited as the reason for their split after 26 years and four months of marriage. They wed on Feb. 15, 1998.
Additionally, the stylist asked for her name to be restored from Rachel Zoe Berman to Rachel Zoe.

Skyler and Kaius are each other’s best friends, and Zoe previously told PEOPLE in 2021 that the siblings grew closer while being homeschooled.
As for her relationship with Berman, the pair celebrated their 31st anniversary in 2022 with a sweet online tribute.

“We have done this life together and I cannot wait to see what is yet to come. Happiest anniversary to my person 🙏🏻❤️,” Zoe wrote at the time, adding, “And yes, everyone, we met in kindergarten 😉 #thisisus.”
The now former spouses met while attending George Washington University, seven years before their 1998 wedding, Us Weekly reported.

For their first Thanksgiving after announcing their split, The Rachel Zoe Project star reflected on what she was “most grateful for” in an Instagram post, while also admitting “this year has been a very interesting one, challenging in many ways.”
After recently joining the Real Housewives franchise, Zoe told PEOPLE in July that it was “ridiculous” to see rumors she was “doing the show for the money.”
The estranged couple is not seeking spousal support and has asked to separate their assets in the divorce filing.
