Are Rachael Leigh Cook and Brandon Routh dating?
The two actors appeared to confirm a romance as they showed some PDA in Los Angeles, smiling and holding hands as they exited a movie theater the night of Friday, July 25.
Wearing a black jacket over a white top and light-wash jeans, the She’s All That actress, 45, held on to a gold handbag and rocked a pair of coordinating high heels.
The Superman Returns actor, 45, went for a dark monochrome look, in a black button-down, slacks and sneakers.
Reps for Cook and Routh did not immediately respond to PEOPLE’s request for comment on Tuesday, July 29.

Cook was previously married to Daniel Gillies. In 2019, the two announced their separation in a joint statement after nearly 15 years of marriage; Gillies, 49, filed for divorce a year later.
The Josie and the Pussycats actress revealed she had a boyfriend in September 2020, just over a year after she and Gillies split.
Cook later finalized her divorce from actor Gillies in March 2021. The former couple share two children: son Theodore, 10, and daughter Charlotte, 11.
Back in October 2022, Cook told PEOPLE that she wouldn’t rule out ever getting married again, joking, “I am the most incorrigible full-tilt romantic you have ever met in your whole life, to the point that it’s probably unreasonable.”
And while she would “be slightly more cautious in making that decision because I have kids involved and such in my life now,” the actress added that she “wouldn’t say no” necessarily.

Routh, meanwhile, was previously married to Dexter actress Courtney Ford. The two recently settled their divorce on July 10, according to court documents obtained by PEOPLE, after Ford, 47, first filed in January.
In an Instagram post on Jan. 9, the pair opened up about their 21 years together before the decision to go their separate ways and begin co-parenting their 12-year-old son, Leo.
“To everyone who has loved and supported us, we have some personal news to share,” they began. “After 21 years together, and 17 years of marriage, we have decided to begin a new journey, and enter this next chapter of life as friends and co-parents.”

“We are now and forever rooting for each other as we move through this wild adventure called life,” Routh and Ford’s statement continued. “Our son is, and will always be, our highest priority, and we appreciate your understanding as we navigate this transition.”
