Priscilla Presley is reportedly being sued by her former business partners Brigitte Kruse and Kevin Fialko, the heads of Priscilla Presley Partners, who accuse her of fraud and breach of contract tied to business ventures involving Presley’s brand and public image.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Kruse and Fialko allege Presley left them responsible for significant damages after she “falsely claimed ownership of her last name and brand despite secretly selling those rights decades ago.” They also claim her failure to disclose the sale negatively impacted the business as it secured investments.

They seek at least $50 million in the lawsuit filed on Monday, August 11, according to Billboard.

Another bombshell revelation in the lawsuit is that Presley allegedly prematurely withdrew life-saving medical treatment after her daughter Lisa Marie Presley was hospitalized in 2023 following cardiac arrest.

According to the complaint, Presley did not follow her daughter’s advanced care directive instructions that stated she wanted her “life to be prolonged as long as possible within the limits of generally accepted health care standards.” A copy of the health care directive from 2010 is included as an exhibit in the lawsuit.

Lisa Marie was reportedly planning to remove her mother as the sole head of her trust before her death, and the lawsuit claims Priscilla withdrew medical care with the intent of gaining control of the Graceland estate.

“Priscilla knew that Lisa’s death neutralized the threat of Lisa’s efforts to have Priscilla removed as the sole trustee of Lisa’s irrevocable life insurance trust, and Priscilla ultimately wanted to control the Promenade Trust and Graceland,” the complaint reads (via THR). “At her house the following week (before Lisa’s funeral), Priscilla exclaimed, ‘I’m the queen. I’m in charge of Graceland.'”

Lisa Marie died on January 12, 2023 at the age of 54. She was the only child of Priscilla and Elvis Presley and was the sole heir to her father’s estate. Following her daughter’s death, Priscilla filed a petition challenging a 2016 amendment to the trust that removed her and the family’s former business manager, Barry Siegel, as trustees. The amendment named Lisa Marie’s children, Riley Keough and the late Benjamin Keough as co-trustees.

The lawsuit claims that Kruse and Fialko ultimately ended the dispute with a deal which included a $2.4 million payment to Presley. Last year, Presley sued Kruse and her business associates for fraud and elder abuse, claiming she was forced into a “form of indentured servitude,” leading her into signing away 80% of her income, which Kruse denied.

Kruse and Fialko’s attorney Jordan Matthews commented on the lawsuit via a statement, “The evidence will establish that the real victims here are my clients, who invested millions and years of hard work into revitalizing Priscilla Presley’s brand, only to be betrayed and falsely accused once the money was on the table and every personal and business issue had been resolved.”

A lawyer for Priscilla Presley didn’t immediately respond to a request for comment.
