Prince William and Kate Middleton revealed adorable family additions in a new photo for the future king’s birthday.
On Saturday, June 21, the Duchess of Wales took to Instagram with a message for her husband on his 43rd birthday.

“Happy birthday! Love C, G, C, L, Orla and the puppies! 🐾,” Middleton, also 43, wrote, signing the initials of herself, her children—Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis—and their English Cocker Spaniel and her babies.
In the accompanying image, Prince William sat in a grassy area while wearing a green sweater. One of the puppies sat in his lap as the British royal petted the adorable animal, with two more pups and their mother nearby.

In the comments, royal fans practically swooned from cuteness overload as they wished Prince William a happy birthday.
One Instagram user wrote, “Happy Birthday! 🎉 I see you’ve got the greatest gift already – the love of your family – and your pups 😃.”
Another shared, “Happy 43rd Birthday to The Prince of Wales 🎂, Orla and her adorable new puppies 😍.”

In May, a source close to the royal family shared that Prince William and Middleton quietly welcomed the new family members. They hadn’t confirmed it, however, until her birthday tribute.
The big news came on the heels of the Duke and Duchess of Wales embarking on an anniversary trip to the Scottish Isles in April to mark 14 years of marriage.
