Prince Harry got into the country spirit when he and his wife, Meghan Markle, attended Beyoncé’s Cowboy Carter Tour on Friday, May 9.
Harry, 40, sported a pair of dark-wash jeans, a black T-shirt and a gray blazer, topped off with an olive wide-brimmed hat from Kemo Sabe. While the headpiece perfectly fit with the evening’s country vibes, the inside was extra special.
Meghan shared a glimpse of Harry’s hat via her Instagram on Saturday, May 10, writing, “My husband’s hat gets a twirl.”
The inside of the hat featured the words “Archie,” “Lili” and “My Love.” There were also illustrations of the American, United Kingdom and California flags, as well as a drawing of the continent of Africa.

While Harry hails from England, he and California native Meghan have lived in Montecito since 2020 with their children: Prince Archie, 6, and Princess Lilibet, 3. The move and subsequent decision to step down as senior working royals soon caused a rift with the Duke of Sussex’s father, King Charles III.
For several years since then, Harry has fought for enhanced security when they visit family across the pond. He lost a court appeal earlier this month.
“I can’t see a world in which I would bring my wife and children back to the UK at this point,” Harry, who previously served in the U.K. military for 10 years, told the BBC in a sit-down after the court verdict. “I love my country, I always have done, despite what some people in that country have done.”
According to Harry, he found it “really quite sad” that Archie and Lili wouldn’t be able to see the best of England in light of the court ruling. The prince also made it clear that he wanted to mend fences with his father and older brother Prince William.

“I would love reconciliation with my family. There’s no point in continuing to fight anymore,” he told the BBC. “There have been so many disagreements between myself and some of my family.”
While Harry said that he has “forgiven” his relatives, neither Charles, 76, and William, 42, have publicly addressed the reported fallout. A source, however, claimed to Us Weekly that the royals no longer trust Harry.
“The whole institution is concerned that if Charles reaches out any conversations and information would be splashed across the American press,” the insider told Us earlier this month. “Harry did what his mother did and it’s impossible to come back into the fold after that. So, everyone around Charles isn’t keen on him reaching out to Harry. They understand it’s a father-son relationship, but the family is so complicated, and issues of the monarchy often supersede personal relationships.”
