TMZ reports that Ye and his friend Sneako were streaming the interview with Piers from a mansion in Mallorca, Spain, when he suddenly pulled the plug on the conversation.
In the clip, posted by OnThatNote’s X (formerly Twitter) account, the rapper can be heard saying, “This is what you get for now. We’ll circle back when you learn how to count,” before pulling out his earpiece and walking out of frame without explanation.
“Yeah, that’s for Ye, but it’s nice to meet you, Piers,” Sneako then says in the clip, trying to salvage the situation, before the video cuts out, as someone can be heard laughing in the background.
While it’s unclear what about the conversation upset the rapper, Piers took to his X account with his version of events.
“So, I interviewed Kanye West again today. As I expected, given what I’ve said about him recently, it didn’t last long or go well,” he began, adding, “This was him right before he stomped off like a big baby.”

Morgan said the full interview would air “uncensored” shortly.
After Sneako shared a video of Ye warning that he might walk off during the interview, Morgan doubled-down, stating, “Ye did walk out, after two minutes.. because he’s a snivelling little coward,” and adding, “Happy to continue the interview when/if you grow a pair.”
Sneako then took to his social media to send a message to the journalist, stating, “If you want to do a proper interview then show basic respect.”
“For a guy your age who is supposed to be a master of journalism, you showed an embarrasing display here and it’s not going to reflect well upon you,” he continued.
He then thanked Morgan for the promotion to the new song, warning that he “could have had a really great interview.
