The socialite’s signature phrase, “That’s Hot,” was truly the mantra while making her latest fashion statement in an intricate lace top that appeared to be a bodysuit, featuring ruffled cuffs.
Fans couldn’t help but do a double take due to the see-through style of her turtleneck top, which she paired with a high-waisted black leather skirt equipped with silver grommet details and edgy fingerless gloves during an event in Los Angeles on Thursday, August 21.
To complete the look, Hilton, 44, wore a pair of sheer black tights, pointed-toe stilettos, an eye-catching diamond choker necklace as well as reflective sunglasses. Hilton styled her trademark blonde hair in soft curls with a chic center part for the H&M store opening celebration.
“About to cut the ribbon,” Hilton wrote alongside a video of her waving to the cheering crowd. “So fun being a part of this special day.” Shortly after, she celebrated with another clip showing off the sparkling scissors used for the special occasion. “And that’s a wrap! Sliving.”

All net proceeds from the sale benefited Hilton’s nonprofit, 11:11 Media Impact, and its Los Angeles wildfire relief efforts. “This collection is filled with personal treasures that hold so many memories!” the reality star shared in a statement in February. “From sparkly dresses I wore to iconic parties to designer bags that traveled the world with me, each piece is so special.”
Hilton noted that style is all about confidence — and “how you carry yourself in the items, not the price tag.”
