The actress, 57, stepped out at the 2025 Met Gala in New York City with an edgy new look. Anderson, who attended the esteemed ball with designer Tory Burch and her eldest son, Brandon Thomas Lee, revealed her bob hairstyle with micro bangs.
While Anderson’s hair no doubt turned heads, so did her amazing gown. The Baywatch alum wore a bedazzled Tory Burch gown and accessorized with jewelry from Pandora.
As with all of Anderson’s recent red carpet appearances, the activist chose not to wear makeup.
“I’m makeup-free at home, so why not for Paris Fashion Week? I really didn’t know anyone would notice it, but I’m glad it became a positive message,” Anderson told People in a 2023 interview.

After decades in Hollywood, the mother of two, who shares sons Brandon Thomas and Dylan Jagger with ex Tommy Lee, isn’t worried about getting older.
“I call it Life-ing, not aging,” Anderson told the publication. “Chasing youth is futile. All we can do is embrace who we are at the moment we are in, and be okay with where our feet stand right now.”

Although she’s still a staple at awards shows and red carpet events, Anderson has found peace in who she is. “I don’t have to be cool anymore,” she admitted. “I can just be me. It’s very freeing to be comfortable in your own skin.”
As for ruling out makeup entirely? “I’m not opposed to it, I just don’t want to play the game,” Anderson insisted. “And it felt good to look in the mirror and say, ‘I’m OK just like this.'”
