As the world mourns the loss of Ozzy Osbourne, it’s more clear than ever what a huge impact the Black Sabbath rocker has left on the world — especially when it comes to his own family.
Two weeks before Ozzy’s death, son Jack Osbourne shared the sweetest video on Instagram of his daughters taking in his final performance with Black Sabbath on July 5, and they all appear to be in total awe of his talent (and the way he was shredding that guitar at 76 years old.
“It never gets old. Still mesmerized by grand-dad,” Jack wrote in his caption.

Jack was joined by daughters Pearl, 13, Andy, 10, Minnie, 7, and Maple, 3. In the video, they can all be seen taking in the show — including little Maple, who is perched on mom Aree Gearheart‘s shoulder and wearing pink protective headphones while she watches the show.
Backstage at the concert, Jack also posed for a selfie with Ozzy and mom Sharon Osbourne that he shared after the show. This photo would end up being the last that Jack shared before his father’s death.

On Tuesday, July 22, Ozzy’s family confirmed the rock icon’s death in a statement to People.
“It is with more sadness than mere words can convey that we have to report that our beloved Ozzy Osbourne has passed away this morning,” said the statement. “He was with his family and surrounded by love. We ask everyone to respect our family privacy at this time.”
There’s no doubt that Ozzy’s legacy will continue to live for long after his death, especially in the memories and the hearts of his family members.
