The Black Sabbath song “Sweet Leaf” may take on a new meaning.
More than 7,000 Ozzy Osbourne fans have signed the Loudwire petition for Chipotle to create a burrito inspired by the legendary frontman, who died at 76 on July 22.
“In the days following his death, countless Ozzy fans took to social media to share photos of Chipotle burritos they ordered and ate in his honor,” petition starter Lauryn Schaffner wrote. “Chipotle should create a signature burrito called ‘The Ozzy’ to celebrate his immense love for the food chain.”

“Twice a day, I am Burrito Man,” Ozzy said in season 2’s sixth episode. “This is my favorite, my favorite, favorite, favorite, burrito joint.”

Ozzy Osbourne at Chipotle
Chipotle confirmed to PEOPLE that Ozzy received the inaugural card, stating, “In 2003, a musician turned television star raved about Chipotle on his family’s reality television show, prompting Chipotle to issue its first-ever Celebrity Card.”
Various celebrities have received the Celebrity Card since, including Diplo, Tony Hawk and Olivia Rodrigo. The special card allows the holder to eat one free meal every day and a complimentary catering order for 50 people with a value of $20,000. Last year, Chipotle began offering Celebrity Cards to regular customers and fans of the brand.
Ozzy’s family laid the legendary rocker to rest with an emotional funeral procession that moved through the streets of his hometown of Birmingham on Wednesday, July 30. He died just weeks after performing at the Black Sabbath farewell concert on July 5.
Despite fans seeking to recreate Ozzy’s famous Chipotle order, his actual go-to order remains a public mystery.
“At this time, we don’t know what Ozzy’s typical order was,” Schaffner wrote. “But if anyone in his camp knows and is willing to share, please get in touch!”
