Nikki Bella revealed her breast implant was dislocated in the ring in a match with Piper Niven

Nikki Bella is opening up about a unique wrestling injury.
In an episode of her podcast The Nikki & Brie Show, Brie Bella, 41, asked her sister “Is your implant okay?” Nikki then revealed that her breast implant was dislocated in the Monday, July 28, match between herself and Piper Niven on WWE’s Monday Night Raw.
“I think it’s stuck in your ribs,” Brie, who co-hosts the podcast with Nikki, said.
Nikki replied with a laugh, “I just was telling Brie, like, having conversations with my shirt off, and I’m thinking in my head, like, ‘I didn’t think I’d be here today, on my day off in New York City, getting my boobs looked at.’ “

“My implant, I think, has moved, and I’m like, ‘Alright. It has. It has moved,’ ” Nikki continued. The implant was allegedly moved when Niven, 34, elbowed Nikki mid-fight.
In a collaboration post with WWE, Niven shared a video of the moment from the fight, captioned, “Sometimes you gotta hit the 👉😄👈.”
In the video, Niven is seen slamming Nikki onto the mat by her chest.

Nikki returned to the ring in February for the first time in three years after her retirement and divorce from Artem Chigvintsev, following months of legal battles. Nikki filed for divorce from the former Dancing with the Stars pro in September 2024, just weeks after he was arrested on suspicion of domestic violence.

In the June 30 episode of The Nikki & Brie Show, Nikki said she recently realized that she’s “in a different place” than she was the last time she was single, thanks to her son Matteo, 4.
“At his age right now, I get so much love that I realized this is all the love I need and want right now,” she said.
