Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban‘s daughter Sunday Rose revealed how her mother inspired her to pursue a modeling career.
While speaking to NYLONin an interview published on Wednesday, August 6, Sunday Rose, 17, explained, “Growing up, I went to my mom’s photo shoots a lot and got to observe, which definitely led to my interest in exploring the modeling world.”
She also revealed what was going through her mind when she made her catwalk debut during Miu Miu’s Spring/Summer show in October 2024. “I was actually just thinking about the amount of schoolwork I was going to have to make up!” Sunday Rose shared. “I was really just hoping my teachers would let me have a couple days when I got back.”
While many people were impressed with Sunday Rose’s modeling skills, others didn’t hold back their skepticism that her success was linked to her famous parents. However, she made it clear that she’s not letting her critics get to her.
“Fashion is so subjective, and everyone has an opinion about everything,” she said. “The biggest lesson I’ve learned from my experience is to enjoy each moment as it comes, be grateful for the opportunities as I get them, and focus on bettering myself each time I get hired.”

Another topic she touched on was about the items she steals from Kidman’s closet. After noting that it’s “impossible” to pinpoint only one thing she always borrows from the Big Little Lies actress, she said she takes “everything” from her mother. “I sometimes joke with her that it’s my favorite store,” Sunday Rose added.
Kidman, 58, and Urban, 57, got married in 2006. In addition to Sunday Rose, they are also the proud parents on daughter Faith Margaret, 14. Additionally, Kidman shares daughter Isabella, 32, and son Connor, 30, with ex-husband Tom Cruise.
