The Lola director and actress, 30, opted for a vintage afterparty look following her Saturday, Aug. 2, vow renewal ceremony with husband Brooklyn Peltz Beckham.
Nicola revealed her outfit change in multiple Instagram posts shared on Monday, Aug. 11. The images showed her glammed up in a sky blue vintage Dolce & Gabbana dress from the label’s 1998 Spring Ready-to-Wear collection that debuted in Milan.
The dress was not only non-bridal in its bold color, but also in its sheer skirt and ruched corset bodice, which was also adorned with butterfly appliqués that also decorated the spaghetti straps. It even included a flowy train that Nicola also styled as an elegant neck scarf. She tied the look together with platform nude sandals.

Nicola’s second look was a departure from her traditional ceremony bridal gown, which she actually sourced from her mom Claudia Heffner Peltz’s archives.
Shortly after revealing her ensemble, she reshared a side-by-side photo of her mother in the gown at her 1985 nuptials and herself in the upcycled version of the design.
Nicola kept the essence of her mom’s look, keeping the romantic floral appliqués and even incorporating the accents on her veil. However, she made the 40-year-old silhouette more modern by inserting a corset bodice and dropping the sleeves to create a romantic off-the-shoulder silhouette.
Meanwhile, Claudia went for a sparkly vibe in a strapless mid-length black dress with glittery cups, along with black ankle-strap sandals.

Fans of the Peltz-Beckhams got to see a glimpse into the couple’s ceremony after they shared a series of behind-the-scenes photos to Instagram. Looking back at the occasion in an exclusive interview with PEOPLE, Brooklyn, 26, said it was a “beautiful experience” and a “really cute memory.”
“To be honest, I could renew my vows every single day with her,” he said. “I think the most important thing that someone can do is find that person that they’re going to spend the rest of their life with. It definitely shapes you as a person. Yeah, it was really, really cute. It was really fun.”
Nicola and Brooklyn tied the knot in April 2022, in Palm Beach, Fla. At the time, she wore a custom Valentino couture gown complete with a cathedral-length train and an equally long French lace veil and matching gloves. The dress took a year to make. Brooklyn opted for a classic tuxedo by Dior.
