NFL 2nd-round pick contract tracker: All except Quinshon Judkins now have deals

As rookies started reporting to training camps across the NFL, all but two second-round picks from this past April remained without deals.

Now they all have one, except Quinshon Judkins, whom the Browns selected 36th overall. Judkins is facing a domestic violence charge in Florida.

Moreover, 255 of the 257 picks from this past April have now signed, except Judkins and Bengals first-round pick Shemar Stewart, which is its own can of worms.
