There’s only one more episode of Severance left this season, and Apple TV+ has just revealed that the finale will by far be the longest episode yet. Here’s what to expect.
Severance season 2 finale has runtime of 1 hour, 15 minutes
Episode 9 of Severance’s second season was released today, but now we know what to expect from next week’s finale.
Per the Apple TV app, the episode 10 season finale is titled “Cold Harbor.” No surprise there.
What is surprising, though, is its length: the finale will run 1 hour, 15 minutes long.
That’s far longer than any other Severance episode so far.
It also nearly doubles the length of last season’s thrilling, action-packed finale. The season 1 finale was only 40 minutes long.
There are plenty of unanswered questions heading into the finale, and lots of setup that happened in this week’s “The After Hours” episode.
With the longest runtime ever for the series, here’s hoping Severance can wrap up season 2 with enough answers and suspense to leave us all pining for season 3.
