Netflix officially opened the casting for elite competitors who will join Physical: 100 USA.
Following the global success and positive reaction to the hit survival reality TV show, the streaming giant has given the green light for the series’ U.S adaptation
With the working title Physical: 100 USA, viewers will experience the same high-stakes premise as the original Korean series, showcasing 100 participants from diverse backgrounds including professional athletes, Olympians, military and special forces members, fitness influencers and trainers and even those with just an unshakable passion for physical fitness — all competing in the quest to find “the perfect physique.”

In addition to the coveted title, the winner will receive a whopping cash prize.
As for Physical: 100 Season 2 in Korea, the last man standing took home 300 million won, or around 216,000 USD.
However, before the competition begins, each participant will be pushed to their absolute limits, showcasing their strength, endurance and mental grit in the battle to be crowned the ultimate winner.
While the target release of the upcoming reality show is yet to be announced, Netflix is now casting for high-caliber participants to join the U.S adaptation.
Open to “men and women from all walks of life” who are at least 18 years old or the age of majority in their state of residence at the time of application, interested candidates can visit the official casting site to submit their applications and take the first step toward competing the gruelling challenge.
In addition to the upcoming U.S. adaptation, Netflix is also planning to produce a European edition of the reality show. Meanwhile, “Physical: Asia” is set for release in the fourth quarter of this year
“I’ve always wanted Physical: 100 to become an international event where anyone from anywhere can participate,” the show’s creator, Jang Ho Gi, said in a previous interview, as mentioned by Korea JoongAng Daily.
