Miley Cyrus might’ve just earned herself the nickname Mugler Miley after her latest fashion pull.
The singer celebrated a major milestone—joining Spotify’s Billions Club, with multiple tracks hitting a billion streams—with an intimate performance at Maxim’s in Paris. And if you’ve been following the Grammy winner’s sartorial choices lately, you know she likes to show up in style—archival style, that is.
This time, she marked the occasion in a glittery blue cocktail dress from Thierry Mugler’s Fall/Winter 1992 couture collection, originally worn by Claudia Mason on the runway.
The cool-toned crystal-studded ensemble is constructed in a rich gradient of deep sapphire hues melting into aquamarine and icy silver. It also features a bodice heavily embellished with glistening beads and jagged appliqués that cascade into a dripping fringe hem.
A closer look reveals a particularly striking neckline with sculptural edges that mimic shards of ice, and a hem adorned with crystal droplets reminiscent of melting icicles.
She styled the dress with long black opera gloves, which nodded to classic showgirl glamour.
Cyrus reflected on the night in an Instagram post, writing, “Merci @spotify for honoring my place in the Billions Club with a live performance at the legendary Maxim’s de Paris. To be apart of this club is a milestone I treasure deeply, because it all begins with just one. One song and one listener at a time. You all make up that billion. I love you. Vous êtes tout pour moi.”
