Migrants detained by ICE are being held in the same controversial Brooklyn jail where Sean “Diddy” Combs and alleged healthcare CEO killer Luigi Mangione are locked up, according to officials.

The jail, MDC Brooklyn in Sunset Park, began housing illegal immigrants recently after the Federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP) opened up several of its facilities across the country for use by US Immigration and Customs Enforcement, a BOP spokesperson told The Post.

It remains unclear how many illegal immigrants are being held at MDC Brooklyn or how long they’ll be there, but they’ll be joining a storied cast of inmates who have called the jail home over the years.

Prominent among them are 55-year-old Combs — the disgraced hip-hop mogul accused of sex trafficking and a slew of heinous allegations — and 27-year-old Mangione, who is charged with murdering United Healthcare CEO Brian Thomas in cold blood on a Manhattan street in December.

Other recent inmates have been financial fraudster Sam Bankman-Fried, sex-fiend Jeffrey Epstein’s paramour Ghislaine Maxwell, Donald Trump’s former lawyer Michael Cohen and R&B singer R. Kelly.

But the jail is no posh palace for the well-to-do — MDC Brooklyn has been plagued by complaints of mistreatment and unsavory conditions for years.

Family of inmates have previously told The Post how maggot and worm-infested food is a common occurrence, while frequent power outages and violence between prisoners has also been reported.

During Maxwell’s trial in 2021, her attorney called the jail’s conditions “reprehensible and utterly inappropriate,” describing freezing-cold cells and bathrooms with open sewer drains where rats scampered about.

The detention center holds pre-trial detainees as well as short-term federal jail stays, and can house about 3,000 inmates.

Legal Aid Society of New York — an advocacy group providing legal assistance for low income New Yorkers — denounced the decision to house ICE detainees at MDC Brooklyn.

“Expanding ICE detention to MDC is reckless and cruel,” the group told the Gothamist.

“We are deeply concerned that conditions will further deteriorate due to staffing shortages, restricted access to counsel, and the overcrowding of a facility already unequipped to meet even the most basic standards of care.”

Seven other BOP detention centers are being used by ICE to house illegal immigrants, including FCI Atlanta, FCI Lewisburg, FCI Leavenworth, FCI Berlin, FDC Philadelphia, FDC Honolulu and FDC Miami, according to the Bureau.

The move comes as the Trump administration has continued mass arrests of illegal immigrants across the country — an operation which recently sparked protests across the country, and explosive riots in Los Angeles.
