On June 1, Thompson shared some new photos on Instagram after celebrating her 64th birthday on May 31, recounting recent memories as she wrote, “Beautiful birthday days with Robbie in purple @calvinklein underwear my gal pals my #chickensisters family and my #bttf @fanexpodallas con friends. And my big sister Shannon. Great dinner @dakotassteakhouse ! I am a lucky gal. Thank you friend for the beautiful birthday wishes.”

Along with a sweet photo of herself with her grandson Robbieand snaps with some friends, Thompson snuck in a special picture taken with none other than Fox. The two appeared to be at a restaurant to celebrate her big day, with Thompson smiling brightly as she took a selfie with the actor.
Also at the dinner was another Back to the Future star, Tom Wilson, who played Biff Tannen in the film trilogy. Another main cast member in the films, Christopher Lloyd, was missing from the gathering, but he made sure to share well wishes in the comments, writing, “Happy Birthday Lea! ❤️.”
