Malia and Sasha Obama were recently spotted attending a friend’s album release party.
The former first daughters were seen posing together for a rare shot from the event, posing in the photo seen on Destin Conrad’s Instagram, who was celebrating the debut of his LP, “Love on Digital,” in Los Angeles, where the sisters live.

Malia, 26, rocked an oversized brown leather jacket, while her younger sister, Sasha, 23, donned a white cropped tank top with a black bra underneath, revealing her midriff, which she paired with low-rise jeans and a brown belt buckle. Both sisters wore their hair down in loose waves, with Malia’s reddish braids framing her face, as Sasha swooped her jet black hair behind her back.

Fellow celebrities also chimed in as Fifth Harmony’s Lauren Jauregui wrote,
“Congrats bby angel🥰” and Kehlani noted, “YOU ARE SO DAMN LOVED.”
The sisters took a step back from the spotlight in 2017, after their father and former President Barack Obama’s second term concluded. But they’ve recently made headlines for a few public outings, including a picnic with friends on Easter Sunday.
Their mother, Michelle Obama, also recently opened up about the “nightmare” of raising kids while living in the White House during an appearance on Kelly Ripa’s SiriusXM Let’s Talk Off Camera with Kelly Ripa podcast.
“They had to drive and they had to go to prom and they were on teams and they traveled to other schools and they had to do college searches, and they went to parties and they had drinks, and they tried out smoking and they did all the things,” Michelle said, adding, “and every weekend was a nightmare, because we had to work to make sure that them being regular teenagers didn’t wind up on Page Six.”
