Influencer Maggie Thurmon caught up with PEOPLE — revealing her favorite moments from the 2025 Grammys, which she attended with boyfriend Benson Boone

Thurmon also visited Studio 8H to support the “Beautiful Things” singer’s performance on Saturday Night Live in May
Maggie Thurmon is dishing on attending the 2025 Grammys to support boyfriend Benson Boone.
In an exclusive interview with PEOPLE, the 23-year-old content creator and actress looked back at the award show in February — revealing her favorite moments from Music’s Biggest Night.
“I love any chance I get to dress up, especially if someone else is dressing me,” Thurmon tells PEOPLE. “I think fittings are the most exciting thing in the world because I get to go try on clothes for an hour and a half.”
And fittingly, when she attended the 2024 VMAS, where she shared a kiss with the “Beautiful Things” singer on the red carpet, her “highlight” was “that I got to wear Dolce & Gabbana,” remembers Thurmon.
But at the 2025 Grammys, a showstopping performance stuck with her the most — and no, it wasn’t Boone’s now-viral number.

“[The highlight was] watching Raye at the Grammys perform — she was incredible,” Thurmon gushes about the singer. “Watching the performances was really, really fun.”
During the award show, her boyfriend Boone made headlines at the 2025 Grammys for a performance of his own, which featured a strip tease assisted by Heidi Klum and Nikki Glaser, his skin-tight baby blue jumpsuit and several signature flips.
The social media star and Boone were first photographed together at Elton John’s AIDS Foundation Academy Awards viewing party in March 2024, and they walked the red carpet together for the premiere of Twisters — which included a song by Boone — several months later.

Thurmon also accompanied Boone to Studio 8H when he was the musical guest for Saturday Night Live in May, appearing in a photo he shared to Instagram after his performance.

“It’s so incredible to watch those people work,” says Thurmon of the iconic sketch comedy show — adding that it even inspired her to sign up for improv classes at The Groundlings, a Los Angeles theater school notorious for training future SNL talent.
After several weeks vacationing in Europe this summer, Thurmon returns home to L.A. before heading to Georgia for her best friend’s bridal shower. But this fall, she exclusively tells PEOPLE, she’s “going on tour for a bit around the U.S.” — the same time her boyfriend is traveling around North America to promote his latest album, American Heart.
