Lizzo Flaunts Her Weight Loss In Early Birthday Celebration Post

Lizzo recently brought the heat during her performance at the Stagecoach festival alongside Paris Hilton.

The “About Damn Time” rapper flaunted her slimmed-down frame in a flesh-baring outfit after revealing the secret to how she lost 16 percent body fat.

After the performance, Lizzo took to her Instagram account to excitedly announce her birthday, while twerking up a storm.

As if the desert heat in California was not already hot enough, Lizzo turned up the temperatures with a sizzling performance alongside Paris Hilton at the Stagecoach country music festival, which was held on Friday in Indio.

The 36-year-old rapper flaunted her figure in a semi-sheer bodysuit, which she rocked with a netted maxi skirt.

She paired the outfit with a pair of large hoop earrings and Y2K-inspired frameless glasses while rocking a voluminous, combed-out afro.

On the other hand, Hilton rocked a plunging, white, studded bodysuit and styled her signature blonde hair into two long, straight pigtails, also throwing in bedazzled silver headphones.

The mother-of-two accessorized with a sparkly choker and star-drop earrings.

The “Still Bad” rapper made sure fans online felt some of the heat she brought to the music festival stage as she twerked up a storm in an early birthday celebration post she posted on Instagram.

Lizzo can be seen in a room with people who appear to be members of her team. She’s initially seen clutching to her chest while moving to the beat of the song before she turns her back to the camera to show off her twerking skills.

“DEFROSTING CUS MY BDAY TOMORROW,” she wrote in the caption. Fans quickly took to the comment section of the post to praise her dance skills while wishing her a happy birthday.

“An April baby! We love it, and it all makes sense why the vibes are so good! Happy birthday tomorrow!” a fan wrote.

Paris Hilton also wished her well ahead of her big day, writing, “Happy birthday, sis!” alongside a heart eyes emoji.

Lizzo has been on an “intentional” weight loss journey and announced in January that she had reached her goal after her weight loss app showed that she lowered her body mass index (BMI) by 10.5 and lost 16% of her body fat.

“I did it. Today, when I stepped on my scale, I reached my weight release goal,” Lizzo said at the time. “I haven’t seen this number since 2014! Let this be a reminder you can do anything you put your mind to. Time for new goals!”

She recently opened up on how she attained such a feat in a TikTok Livestream, revealing that she had to cut off sugary foods and adopt a calorie deficit for her daily intake.

Lizzo explained that she was unaware that the “two to three” Starbucks drinks she took were adding about 1200 calories to her daily intake.

She noted that the only thing that worked for her “across the board, science-wise, is calories in versus calories out” before adding that she also cut out coffee altogether and started eating “super savory” food as opposed to “sugary stuff.”

“Everybody’s body is different. Find out what works for you,” Lizzo said during the livestream, insisting that counting calories is a good tool “to fight against the American food system.”

Sources recently told the Daily Mail that Lizzo’s ongoing weight loss journey isn’t just about the rapper trying to live healthier.

“By getting skinny and redefining who she is, even the way she acts and dresses, she feels like she is now emerging as this new person and that the drama of her past won’t follow her,” an insider told the outlet, referencing the legal scandal that hit Lizzo in 2023.

According to the insider, Lizzo is determined to stay on this path, hoping she will no longer be associated with those accusations that deeply tarnished her image at the time.

“She has pushed people who love her away, and she is now solely focused on becoming a beautiful Black Barbie,” said the source. “She wants to be Beyoncé.”

They added, “She has done everything that she can to identify as far away from the Lizzo that was accused of doing those inappropriate acts.”
