Lindsay Lohan might be a cool man, but she is also a private parent when it comes to her and husband Bader Shammas‘ son, Luai.
The Irish Wish actress, 38, took to Instagram on Sunday, June 22, to share a handful of photos of her, Luai, 23 months, and Shammas, 38, enjoying a summer outing. One snapshot captured Shammas looking out a window as Luai sat on his shoulders, while another photo caught the toddler running outside as his kicked a red ball.
“Sunshine, smiles, and family time! summer is sweeter together,” Lohan captioned the post. “Making memories.”
While Luai was featured in two of the photos, Lohan made sure to respect his privacy by not showing his face.

Shortly after Lohan uploaded the photos, several of her famous friends took to the comments section to gush about how sweet their family outing was. “So beautiful,” Kyle Richards wrote, while Lohan’s Mean Girls co-star Jonathan Bennett commented, “Could you be glowing any more?”
Lohan and Shammas tied the knot in 2022, and they welcomed their son in July 2023.
Luai was featured in another recent Instagram post of Lohan’s when she was celebrating Shammas’ birthday on June 17. “Happy Birthday to the love of my life. You’re an incredible son, a devoted husband, and the most amazing father. Watching you with our family is the greatest gift. You make us feel safe, cherished, and loved,” she captioned the sweet post. “Every day by your side is a blessing and I’m so lucky to walk through life with you. I love you endlessly.”

While Lohan has kept her family life relatively private, she recently told Elle that she was interested in expanding her family. “I feel like we live in a different world now, where women make it such a point, especially in motherhood, to make time for ourselves,” she said during a May interview. “We make it important. But also, once you have one kid, you’re like, ‘Oh, my kid needs a kid to play with.'”
