Lauren Sánchez is ready to become Mrs. Bezos, but before she does, she will continue celebrating with her star-studded crew, in Venice’s most beautiful spots, dressed in head-to-toe bridal couture.
This morning, the bride was photographed stepping out of the Aman hotel in the Italian city and heading into a water taxi. Her daytime look was not a flirty sundress or a casual summer set, but rather a luxurious cream skirt suit accessorized with an Audrey Hepburn-inspired headscarf and sunglasses.
The suit was composed of a fitted jacket with structured cap sleeves, a sharp collar, and black buttons. Sánchez wore it with a matching A-line skirt, a white-and-black silk headscarf that she wrapped around her head, and oversize black sunglasses. But her most eye-catching accessory was certainly her massive diamond engagement ring from Bezos.
The festivities for Bezos and Sánchez’s wedding began on Wednesday, when the couple arrived in Venice. VIP guests—including the Kardashian-Jenners, Tom Brady, Sydney Sweeney, Orlando Bloom, and Oprah—have been trickling in since.
Today, the couple is expected to wed on the Island of San Giorgio Maggiore, off of Venice. And tomorrow, the pair and their guests will reportedly enjoy a dinner at Arsenal of Venice, a shipyard space on the city’s outskirts.
Sánchez and Bezos began publicly dating in early 2019, after the Amazon founder’s marriage with longtime wife MacKenzie Scott ended. He proposed to Sánchez in the summer of 2023.
