Hillary Scott’s family has grown by one more!
The Lady A singer, 39, welcomed her fourth baby, daughter Selah Jean, with husband Chris Tyrrell on Friday, July 25, a rep for Scott confirms exclusively to PEOPLE. Scott and Tyrrell’s baby girl joins big sisters Eisele Kaye, 12, and Emory JoAnn and Betsy Mack, 7.
“We are over the moon to introduce you to Selah Jean! She was born 7/25/25,” they tell PEOPLE. “She has filled our hearts with joy and her sisters are already the BEST helpers.”
“Her name means ‘pause and reflect’ and ‘god is gracious,’ and in the few short days she’s been here with us, we can already see that she embodies both of those phrases,” they continue. “She truly feels like the most priceless gift — like Christmas in July!”

In February, Scott first announced she was pregnant and expecting her fourth daughter with Tyrrell, sharing the exciting news on her Instagram. In a black-and-white post, Scott added a photo of her three other daughters’ wrists, which featured friendship bracelets that read, “big sister.”
She also included a snap of a clear bin filled with clothes, marked with a sticky note that read “Maternity.”

“Chris, Eisele, Emory, Betsy, and I are overjoyed to report that this summer our family will be made complete with the most precious little SISTER joining the family,” Scott wrote in the caption. “I’m dusting off that Maternity bin from the storage room ONE more time. 😅.”
“4 daughters. 🥰 We are thankful that God has entrusted us with a household of little ladies, and I couldn’t be happier that my husband continues his streak as the absolute BEST girl dad, in my opinion!” she continued.
“We have been looking forward to this day and covet your prayers for a continued safe and healthy journey getting her here.”
In 2018, Scott shared that she’d welcomed twin daughters on Instagram. “Our family is thankful and proud to announce the arrival of our precious baby girls. They were born in the early hours of January 29th, 2018 and we can’t wait to share more about them in the days to come,” Scott captioned the photo of two hospital beanies marked “A” and “B.”
“Thank you to everyone who prayed and prayed for these little ladies, and thank you Lord for healthy babies,” the musician added.
