Kylie Kelce is opening up about one of her biggest fears – public bathrooms.
On a recent episode of her podcast Not Gonna Lie, the podcaster and mom of four, 33, shared that she’s not the biggest fan of taking her girls to the public bathroom since she’s a self-proclaimed germaphobe.
“Someone actually giggled at me once because they heard the narration of me in a stall with three of my young children,” Kelce said on the podcast.

“My tactic in a public restroom is, ‘Hands on your hand!’ ” she explained. “And you will hear me say it at least 30 times for the exact reason you think.”
“I don’t know how often they clean that bathroom. You know what goes on in bathrooms. And there’s no lid to the toilets in public restrooms, so every time the toilet flushes…I can’t. Let’s move on before I really start to crash out.”
The podcaster went on to say that bathrooms aren’t the only things that gross her out. “I have so many germaphobia behaviors,” she said. “Our kids know that when we leave the house, when we come back, we’re washing our hands.”
Kylie shares her four daughters — Finnley “Finn” Anne, 4 months, Bennett Llewellyn, 2, Elliotte Ray, 4, and Wyatt Elizabeth, 5 — with husband Jason Kelce.
Her phobias have even resulted in her husband having his own designated peanut butter jar.
“It literally says ‘Jason’ on the top of the lid because he does sometimes dip the jelly knife into the peanut butter,” Kylie explained. “And the reason I have a problem with that is because jelly goes in the fridge and peanut butter doesn’t. So if you put jelly in your peanut butter, then the jelly isn’t in the fridge where the jelly is supposed to be.”
Elsewhere in this week’s podcast, Kylie candidly opened up about one of the hardest parts of parenthood: feeding her kids.
“I would say that feeding your children is one of the most underrated, difficult parts of parenting,” she said. “It’s difficult because before I had children, I could do ‘girl dinner.’ I could slice off a few slices of cheese. I could eat a handful of Tostitos chips. I could eat an apple with peanut butter, and that could constitute my dinner.”
“But that’s not how the world works anymore, and now we have to eat three meals a day. And the decision-making is overwhelming. I will tell you that,” she added. “Also, the need for being prepared. It’s just — it’s so much. It’s so much. It takes up so much of my brain.”
