NEED TO KNOW

  • Kylie Kelce doesn’t condone her daughters cursing, but she would be proud of them if they ever flipped the bird at a certain someone

  • The mom of four opened up about their family’s diehard fandom for the Philadelphia Eagles and why that would be okay for her daughters to use the gesture

  • She also talked about her disdain of a particular sport, revealing why she won’t allow her kids to participate in it

Kylie Kelce is revealing the one situation where she’d “cry tears of joy” if her daughters flipped a “double bird” to someone.

The mom of four, 33, recently sat down with Hannah Einbinder on the latest episode of her Not Gonna Lie podcast. During the conversation, Kylie and the Hacks star, 30, spoke fondly about their love for the Philadelphia Eagles.

The podcaster then shared that she saw a clip of a little boy flipping a “double bird” to an opposing fan and said that if one of her daughters did that, she would shed some happy tears. “I tell my kids like curse words are grown up words [and] you’re not really supposed to use them,” Kelce said, before adding, “If my child looked at an opposing team’s fan, and flipped them a double bird, I would cry tears of joy.”

The proud girl mom went on to explain that she’d never tell them to do it. However, she said if they were compelled to do it, then it would be “one of the most beautiful moments.”

“I’m not going to tell them to do it, and I’m not going to encourage it,” she said. “But, if their soul spoke to them, if all of the formal former Eagles fans who have passed on, god rest their souls, came down and imparted the wisdom onto her that she needed to double bird an opposing fan, it would be one of the most beautiful moments of my parenthood that I can even imagine.”

Kylie shares her four daughters — Finnley “Finn” Anne, 4 months, Bennett Llewellyn, 2, Elliotte Ray, 4, and Wyatt Elizabeth, 5 — with husband Jason Kelce, 37.

The longtime Philadelphia Eagles fan is a passionate advocate for women in sports, but she revealed there’s one sport that her four daughters will not be allowed to take part in. “It’s funny now that we have four daughters and people will always say, ‘What’s the one sport you don’t want them to participate in?’ ” she said elsewhere in the podcast. “Not once have I said cheerleading … I’m going to piss off a whole community right now: It’s swimming.”

Defending her decision, Kylie explained, “I have a reason. I don’t wanna have to sit in a hot pool as the spectator and smell like chlorine when I leave, when I never f—ing touched the pool. That’s it. That’s literally it. That’s the whole reason. It’s not like I enjoy watching swimming.”

Kylie also shared that she worked two swim meets in college, joking, “I’m good. I’ve seen what I need to see.” And while she stands by her decision, Kylie admitted that it is a “very selfish answer,” on her part, as swimming rarely produces injuries, unlike other sports.

As for Jason, he wants to get his daughters onto the ice rink. “So it’d be awesome to do some ice skating before the season passes,” the proud dad told PEOPLE back in January.

He added that Wyatt and Bennett are leading pretty active lifestyles as they grow up in Philadelphia.  “The older two are getting old enough that they’re into sports now, so they’re riding the bikes, they’re doing gymnastics,” he shared.
