Dax Shepard is embracing summer with his wife Kristen Bell — with a little flirting, of course!
The Nobody Wants This actress, 44, reposted a photo of herself lounging in the shade on a boat, which was initially shared to her husband’s Instagram Stories on Thursday, July 10.
The Parenthood actor, 50, teased in the caption, “Don’t worry about this chic,” and tagged his wife of 11 years.
Shepard added Prince and The Revolution’s “Erotic City” as background music for the photo of his wife relaxing in a black bikini with her hair pulled back, and rocking white sunglasses.

“My husband is flirting with me again,” Bell jokingly added in her reposted caption.
The Hollywood couple go way back, meeting for the first time in 2007 at a mutual friend’s birthday dinner. Shepard said he was caught off guard by Bell’s “unbridled happiness.” He soon saw for himself her genuineness and was intrigued by her.
They then got engaged in 2009 after filming When in Rome together. Jason Bateman even offered Shepard some encouragement to lock it down. “Jason was first to go, ‘stop f—— around and marry Kristen,’ ” Shepard once recalled.
Aside from posting flirty Instagram posts of each other, the couple enjoys testing each other’s competitive nature. However, they take it easy on each other during a game of pickleball on their driveway.
“Oh, it gets used, let me just say that,” Bell, 44, told PEOPLE in September 2024, noting that they mostly play for fun and keep the trash talk to a minimum.
“We’re competitive together all the time, but we’re nice when we’re playing pickleball,” she said. “We’re not trying to make each other break a hip or anything.”

When it comes to winding down after a game of pickleball or after filming season 2 of her Netflix hit Nobody Wants This, Bell said she likes to prioritize her wellness practices with a couples sauna session.
“The sauna at night is really helpful to wind down,” she told PEOPLE in March. “I find the things I need the most are moments in my evening where my body senses a transition. So that’s why the sauna is so great because my body gets in there and it goes, now we’re leaving work behind, we’re leaving a racing mind behind. Plus, you’re connecting with your partner.”

The couple also shares two daughters together: Lincoln, 11, and Delta, 10.
