MagSafe is often connected only with wireless charging, but its potential goes far beyond charging your iPhone. What’s included with the KraftGeek MagSafe Tripod?
The KraftGeek MagSafe Tripod looks like a normal tripod, but the biggest difference is that it uses MagSafe to connect to your iPhone vs the normal clamp that many tripods use. You get a charging cable (more on that later) and the actual tripod in the box. It weighs only 13 oz and folds to 12 inches; this tripod easily fits into a bag or backpack. This is a great option for mobile content creators who need gear that go anywhere
The KraftGeek MagSafe Tripod is handy for handheld filming, but it can also stretch to over 5 feet to function as a tripod. While filming at the gym isn’t my thing, this would be a great product if it is. Just don’t act out and end up being scolded by Joey Swoll.
While it works great as only a tripod, a detachable bluetooth remote clicker is built into the product. This makes it easy to take photos and start recordings where you’re not near your iPhone. This is especially useful for solo content creators who need to trigger their camera without setting a timer or relying on another person to snap the shot.
