Kourtney Kardashian Barker is not missing a single opportunity to bond with her little one.
On the latest episode of the Khloé in Wonder Land podcast, the mom of seven, 47, joined her sister Khloé Kardashian to talk about all aspects of her blended family life. While Kardashian Barker, who shares her 18-month-old son Rocky Thirteen with her husband Travis Barker, and her sister chatted about their differing parenting styles, she revealed to the Good American co-founder, 40, that she holds her son throughout his entire nap times.
“You are very scheduled and planned out throughout the whole day, like activities, outfits, [and] all the things,” she said. “We’re just kind of go with the flow.”
“And, also with the attachment style parenting, I hold him for his naps,” she explained. After confirming to her sister that she holds him “the whole time” and shared that she once held him for five hours, she explained, “I’ll sit in my little chair, usually in the room, and then I still have my little breastfeeding pillow, and he’ll kind of lay on there with my arms under, and then I have a little radiation blanket that I put over to protect from EMFs.”

In addition to Rocky, Kardashian Barker and Barker each have three children from previous relationships. Kardashian Barker shares Mason, Penelope and Reign with her ex, Scott Disick, while Barker is father to his son, Landon, daughter Alabama and his stepdaughter, Atiana, all of whom he shares with ex-wife Shanna Moakler.
During a February 2025 episode of The Kardashians, the TV personality said she had been living at Barker’s house since Rocky was born as her house was being renovated to fit the entire family.
“I feel like blending, in the beginning, is a lot of adjusting for each person,” she said at the time. “Us in their space and then us being out of our space and into a new space. But it’s really good, but I do want to get this going. And my stepkids have lived in their home for their whole lives. It’s new, all living together in one house, which is nice. It is change but I think we’re at a really amazing place with it.”
Kardashian Barker is relishing every moment with her baby boy. In April 2025, the Poosh founder shared some intimate snaps via Instagram of her breastfeeding her son.
In the one photo, Kardashian Barker was sitting down holding her son in her arms as he stood up between her crossed legs. The other snap showed the proud mom sitting in the armchair, as she cradled her baby boy in her arms and breastfed him.
Rocky Thirteen is growing up fast and already following in his dad’s footsteps. On Monday, April 14, the Blink-182 drummer, 49, shared a post on Instagram featuring several photos and a video of him drumming from the first weekend of Coachella 2025. In the carousel post, Barker shared a photo of his son practicing some percussion on his very own Travis Barker drum pad.
“Coachella 2025 🌪️” Barker simply captioned his post.

Previously during an exclusive interview with PEOPLE after his Run Travis Run 5K in New Orleans, Barker revealed that his youngest son was starting to drum and that he’s playing the instrument “constantly, 24/7.” He also told PEOPLE that as his children continue to grow, he hopes he and his wife can “just lead by example,” as they develop.
“I hope we just lead by example,” he told PEOPLE, after he and Kardashian Barker finished the run hand-in-hand. “I mean [Rocky], he just turned 15 months today, and he’s like already playing drums and guitar and everything, so I feel like all we can do is steer them.”
“I think you’re born with like this DNA of who you are, but, like, we could always be there to just, you know, lead them in the right direction,” he added, sharing that he also plays guitar.
