Per the press release, the first celebrity interviews will be Michelle Obama and her brother, Craig Robinson, debuting on Radio Andy on April 29 at 5pm ET/2pm PT. Additional guests slated for the season include Jeremy Renner, Rebel Wilson, Lola Consuelos, Christina Applegate and Jamie-Lynn Sigler, and more.
It will give “listeners a chance to connect every other week directly with Kelly as she takes calls on everything from parenting and relationships to pop culture and more,” the release stated.
“‘Let’s Talk Off Camera’ is back for a third season of reckless, unhinged, and unscripted off-camera real and honest conversations,” Ripa said, adding, “What better way to present season three than to partner with the king of reality, Andy Cohen. Plus, get ready commuters, this season we’re bringing you live episodes on SiriusXM’s Radio Andy. So hold on to your children. Buckle your seatbelts. Secure your hot beverages, and let us handle the rest. Well, not the driving part.”
Cohen also weighed in, stating, “It’s a BIG deal for Radio Andy to showcase a personality as brilliant as Kelly over our airwaves.”
“She is as electric, outspoken, hilarious, and relatable as ever, and I’m joyous that her new deal includes live shows for us,” he concluded.
In addition to the biweekly call-in episodes, which will kick off on May 6, as previously mentioned, the new season will be available on all major podcast platforms beginning May 7.
Ripa received the news while on a trip to Italy with husband Mark Consuelos, previously posting picturesque shots of the European country on her Instagram Stories, including a sunset photo with the words “Grazie Italia” and a snap of her mouthwatering cappuccino.
