The stars came out for the Thunderbolts* European premiere in London last night, and the fashion on the carpet was all over the map. The movie’s star, Florence Pugh, went sophisticated in a transparent black gown, while Pedro Pascal made a statement in a tee supporting trans rights.
Jodie Turner-Smith opted for something right between red-carpet couture and a T-shirt: a boho, layered look from the Burberry Fall 2025 collection. Besides the shoes and accessories, the outfit was a faithful replica of the one that debuted in the brand’s runway show.
Turner-Smith wore a black thistle-print shirt under a chocolate-brown silk jacquard blouse with ruffled bishop sleeves and a ruffled collar that was tied together with a string. (Simply juxtaposing the pieces, the actor quickly disproved the old fashion faux pas that brown and black don’t mix.)
A black bridle belt with a golden buckle hung loosely from her waist. The actor completed the outfit with a pleated, hawk-brown midi skirt with a lace-like floral pattern that created see-through cutouts. And for shoes, she slipped into a pair of slate-gray pumps that tied around her ankles.
For accessories, the Queen & Slim star carried a little black top-handle bag and wore big gold hoop earrings and a few statement rings.
“I am my most comfortable when I believe in something, so whatever iteration of myself I am bringing to life with a look, I am feel the most confident when I believe in it and believe in myself,” Turner-Smith told Harper’s Bazaar U.K. earlier this year of her approach to dressing.
