Jessica Simpson‘s daughter Maxwell looked every inch the teenager during a recent outing with her mom.
Just days after Simpson stunned fans with a racy photo shoot, the 44-year-old singer and actress was spotted at LAX airport with her eldest daughter, 13, and her mom, Tina Ann Drew. In photos published by the Daily Mail, Maxwell — wearing a pink hoodie and carrying a pair of Apple AirPods Max — was even taller than her famous mother.

Simpson, who announced her split from husband Eric Johnson in January 2025, was dressed in a leopard-print coat with a pair of oversized sunglasses. Both mother and daughter wore their long, blonde manes down, with Maxwell’s hair partially pulled back from her face.

In addition to Maxwell, Simpson and Johnson share son Ace, 11, and daughter Birdie, 6.
In April 2022, Simpson opened up to People about Maxwell’s personality, explaining that her daughter inherited her sense of self-confidence.
“I don’t think it’s something that I taught other than the way I walked in my life and the example that I [set],” she said. “It’s not really about what I say. It’s more about what I do.”

“I think that when she sees me happy and confident, that’s all that really matters to your children is that they see you loving yourself, and [then] it’s easy for them to love themselves,” Simpson added.
In an Instagram post celebrating Maxwell’s 10th birthday, Simpson called her daughter “a leader without ego, a bleeding heart that inspires and loves deeply and forever.”
“She is drop dead gorgeous, funny, empathetic, spacial, loyal, artistic, compassionate, drama-free, timely, hopeful, understanding, creative, athletic, thought provoking, ahead of the curve, resilient, and prayerful,” the proud mom raved.
