Jessica Biel’s sons do seem to have a favorite parent.
During an appearance on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon on Tuesday, May 20, the Better Sister star, 43, was asked by longtime friend Jimmy Fallon if her sons know how cool their parents are. Biel shares sons Phineas, 4, and Silas, 10, with husband Justin Timberlake, 44.
“No,” Biel responds. “Not at all.”
“I mean, you’re Jessica Biel and Justin Timberlake,” says Fallon. “Yes, you’re very cool.”
“No, Jimmy. They do not,” says Biel. “Well, I think they think Justin’s kind of cool, because the music element, and like he’s Daddy. I am so lame to them.”

Although Fallon insists that that can’t be true, Biel says it is — and her younger son already has a new phrase he’s been saying around the house.
“No, no. Let me tell you. The new phrase for my 4-year-old is, ‘Mom, you have the worst ideas. You have the worst ideas,’ ” says Biel.
“Oh, watch it, buddy,” replies Fallon, asking, “He’s 4-years-old?”
“I’m like, we’re already there? And Silas is like, ‘Don’t engage Mom. Back up off the field,’ ” says the mom of two. “Like he’s playing baseball now. He’s like, ‘Don’t say anything. Back up.’ I’m like, I just said good job! Like, say nothing. Say nothing.”

Earlier this week, Biel spoke with E! News and was asked if either of her sons has any interest in their parents’ careers.
“Yeah, my older one definitely has some interest in acting and music. He’s just getting that kind of confidence and kind of his own attitude is coming out,” Biel said of Silas. “He’s an aspiring DJ and DJ’d his own 10th birthday party.”
“He was working his party, and it was so fun. He mixes things from Jackson 5 to Justin to old school stuff, doo-wop stuff, I mean everything,” added the proud mom.
