Jenny Marrs Shares Massive Update Amid HGTV Cancellations originally appeared on Parade.
HGTV star Jenny Marrs shared a big update about the upcoming seventh season of her and her husband, Dave Marrs‘ show Fixer to Fabulous.
On August 5, Jenny took to her Instagram account to tease some information about a Season 7 episode. The post featured a picture of Jenny, Dave, and their five children, Nathan, Ben, Sylvie, Charlotte, and Luke.
In the caption of the post, Jenny wrote that “today was a very special reveal day,” which was filmed for Fixer to Fabulous Season 7.
“This project started many months ago and began as an exciting and super fun remodel for a friend who is like family. It then took the most unexpected and tragic pivot we have ever experienced in our twenty years of building homes. But today? Today, there was joy. I can’t wait to share the whole story and the whole project with you all. This one is all about beauty from ashes. 🤍#fixertofabulousseason7 (we don’t have air date yet – most likely this fall!),” wrote Jenny in the caption.
Several fans took to the post’s comments section to share that they were looking forward to the Fixer to Fabulous episode.
“I’m looking forward to such a special episode. Such a beautiful family with equally beautiful hearts!” wrote a commenter.
“Oh tease!! Can’t wait!! Look at your beautiful family,” added another.
“Can’t wait to see this episode! I’m sure it will be heartwarming and bring,” shared a third person.
Jenny and Dave began starring on their Arkansas-based renovation show in 2019. While speaking to TV Insider in January 2025, the Marrs shared how they have balanced filming Fixer to Fabulous and being present in their children’s lives.
“Personally, we have a lot going on. Everyone is busy. Everyone is involved in sports. We’re constantly going here, there and everywhere to keep up with our kids’ schedules. From a balance perspective and for us, there was a lot going on behind the scenes you won’t really see. It has been a crazy year,” said the mother of five to the publication. “One choice we did make this year was to not do any other shows [besides Fixer to Fabulous]. In the past we’ve done, Home Town Takeover or Rock the Block, or our Italy spinoff. This year we scaled back because of the kids’ schedules and the fact they are getting older. We wanted to create more space in our calendars for them.”
Jenny’s August 5 Instagram update comes following a slew of HGTV cancellations. According to House Beautiful, several shows have been axed, including Married to Real Estate, Farmhouse Fixer, and Bargain Block.
