Not everyone gets to have their first Cannes premiere—but then again, not everyone arrives in head-to-toe Dior couture.
Jennifer Lawrence made a striking entrance at the 2025 Cannes Film Festival alongside co-star Robert Pattinson, and it was only to be expected that together they would make things electric. The stars arrived at the 2025 Cannes Film Festival premiere of their new thriller movie, Die, My Love. To watch their screening, J.Law and Pattinson coordinate in a chic display of black outfits.
For the screening, Lawrence wore a dramatic black gown from Dior’s Fall 2024 couture collection, her third Dior moment at the festival, and a fitting choice given her role as a longtime ambassador for the house. The gown featured an elegant asymmetrical design, with one draped sleeve and a strapless effect on the opposite side, plus a subtle train that trailed behind her.
Styled by Jamie Mizrahi, Lawrence pulled her hair back into a sleek bun and wrapped a Dior Couture necklace around it for a sculptural twist. With her hair in an updo, her bold silver earrings inset with emerald stones were able to take the spotlight up top.
As for her choice of shoes, she opted for a pair of simple open-toed black Aquazzura heels, which complemented her pedicure in the same dark-toned hue.
Pattinson looked equally as polished on the red carpet. His dapper appearance was courtesy of a black two-piece suit layered over a crisp white shirt and adorned with a bow tie. He paired it was a pair of glossy black dress shoes.
