If you were expecting Jenna Ortega to channel Wednesday at the 2025 Met Gala, “Superfine: Tailoring Black Style,” you…are…correct! The actor stepped out looking unparalleled levels of glam and cool in a look from Olivier Rousteing, which she paired with a simple pair of black sunglasses.
She then hit the carpet in a silver dress made out of literal measuring tape.

Incredible! Anyway, speaking of Wednesday, the trailer for season 2 just dropped (watch above!), and Jenna previously told Entertainment Tonight that she wants the character “to be darker.”
“There are a lot of lines about her saving the school and doing whatever, but for me, her main drive with the monster is of a competitiveness,” she said. “Kind of, ‘Man, how’s this guy doing this?’ I think I want it to continue down an antihero stream rather than a typical hero.”
More recently, Jenna spoke about working with Gaga on the upcoming season of Wednesday, telling Stephen Colbert, “I remember showing up to set and they completely changed everything. We had a normal functioning set, and I remember pulling up to work the day of, and suddenly there was like truck, after truck, after truck….They had, like, rolled out this walkway for her to exit from the trailer to the tents. I went to my tent to hang out, and they replaced my dirty tent with, like, brand-new tents. I had a barber’s chair. They gave me fancy water. Everything. We really did it up for her, guys. We really wanted to impress her. And then the next day, I went back to my dusty setup. I wanted her to be on set even more, but part of it was because the water was really nice.”
She added of Gaga, “She is so sweet, so humble, just a normal person, and it’s beautiful and amazing and it’s intimidating when someone is so talented but cool at the same time.”
