Jason Kelce wants to be out of the house when his four daughters are teenagers.
The 37-year-old retired NFL pro shares daughters Wyatt, 5, Elliotte, 4, Bennett, 2, and Finnley, 3 months, with wife Kylie Kelce, and he’s aware that as they age the girls will only become more of a handful.
While speaking to his brother, Travis Kelce, and Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback Baker Mayfield about parenting on the Wednesday, July 23 episode of his New Heights podcast, Jason jokingly discussed his future plans.
“I’m not looking forward to that. I got four girls, and they’re gonna be in high school pretty much at the same time,” he explained. “ I might just, I’m gonna unretire. I’m gonna unretire. And 60, 50- something-years-old. Jason Kelce’s trying to make an NFL comeback.”

Jason, who retired as a center for the Philadelphia Eagles in March 2024, has since gone on a weight loss journey, which Travis said would impact his future position.
“You’re about 250 [lbs.] now, so you can’t go back to center,” Travis, who is a tight end for the Kansas City Chiefs, said. “We’re gonna get you over here playing some tight end, bud. Come on with tight end.”
Jason then warned Mayfield, who has a 1-year-old, “Wait till they start turning 2, and then they don’t listen.”

Jason and Kylie Kelce’s daughters Wyatt, Elliotte and Bennett announce they’re expecting a sibling.
Uncle Travis laughed off the comment, teasing his brother, “You got disobedient kids, Jason?”
And while he claimed his daughters are “not disobedient,” he agreed with Mayfield’s assessment, saying, “Well, it’s definitely not Kylie’s fault.”

Jason isn’t looking forward to the high school years, but there is one era he’s ready to enter with his daughters.
“We were just on the beach today, and it was a freaking — it’s a trip, man, but yeah, I’m definitely looking forward to being out of diapers. There’s no question about that,” Jason told Zac Brown on a recent podcast episode.
He added of preparing to be a girl dad, “When I had a daughter, I was like, ‘I’m not going to spoil her, I’m going to raise her tough. She’s going to be hard.’ And the moment she came out, I was like, ‘Yeah, that’s not going to work.’ “

Jason Kelce emotionally announces his retirement.
After 13 seasons in the NFL, Jason gave an emotional, tear-filled press conference. At the time, he praised Kylie for her support throughout the “best years” of his career.
“I think it’s no coincidence I have enjoyed my best years of my career with Kylie by my side,” he said in front of friends, family and the press. “Every accolade I’ve ever received has come with her in my life. She has brought the best out of me through love, devotion, support, honesty, intelligence, and of course the swift kick in the (expletive) from time to time. She has also given me three beautiful girls and a life that increasingly brings me more fulfillment off the field than it does on. We’ve had a great run Ky.”
