Caitlin O’Connor is feeling the love this year.
The actress, who turned 36 on August 3, embarked on a three-week-long “birthday tour” alongside boyfriend Joe Manganiello, 48, according to a source close to the couple.
“They went to San Domenico Palace — the hotel from White Lotus season 2 in Taormina, Sicily — and then Oahu, Hawaii, for a week before spending their last week in the Florida Keys at Little Palm Resort,” says the source.

O’Connor’s favorite part of the celebration was the “private island” in the Keys where she “got to feed rose petals to deer,” the inside shares. O’Connor even posted about the special experience on Instagram.
“She had the best birthday ever,” says the source. “Joe is very sweet. He did a good job [planning everything]. He’s amazing.”
The couple, who have been linked since September 2023, have been going strong. They confirmed their relationship in December 2023, while making their red carpet debut at the Children of Armenia Fund (COAF) Gala in New York City.

O’Connor is a host and actress, having worked for ArsenicTV and Maxim Magazine, interviewing a variety of celebrities ranging from Hailey Bieber to Post Malone. She has also appeared on Two and a Half Men, Key & Peele, Southpaw and HBO’s Winning Time, while Manganeillo has most recently hosted the last two seasons of Deal or No Deal Island on NBC.
When Magic Mike star turned 48 in December, a source told PEOPLE that O’Connor took the reins when it came to planning his party. According to the source, O’Connor threw Manganiello a dinner with his friends and family at the famous Lebanese-Armenian restaurant Carousel in Los Angeles.
“She had custom Steelers cakes,” the source shared. “One was lemon and one was mocha.”
“His birthday gift from Caitlin was a custom-made solid gold crocodile pendant,” they added, explaining that it was a nod to Manganiello’s One Piece character Mr. 0.
