Hilary Duff is looking back on special moments with her family.
On Sunday, May 11, the Lizzie McGuire actress, 37, marked Mother’s Day by sharing an Instagram post filled with photo memories of her crew hanging out and getting silly together. Duff and husband Matthew Koma share daughters Banks, 6, Mae, 4 and Townes, who just turned 1. She is also mom to 13-year-old son Luca, whom she shares with her ex-husband Mike Comrie.
In her post, Duff reflected on the wild “ride” that motherhood has been.
“Trying to put into words how grateful I am for all that this life has afforded me is a sincere challenge – honestly thankful for my camera roll for capturing and reminding me of all the moments big and small that get swallowed up by the next and the next – it seems life is on the autobahn – what a ride,” she wrote.

The accompanying photo carousel featured more than a dozen family photos, including quite a few featuring Duff’s own mom posing with her daughter and grandchildren. Other shots captured Duff and her kids hanging out in their yard and having fun adventures together. One image shows Koma posing for a selfie with his three daughters.
Duff also included an intimate photo of her home birth, seemingly taken just moments after her baby arrived.

Koma, 37, also marked the holiday by sharing a lengthy tribute to his wife on Instagram. He described having a “front row seat to see how much our kids love you.”
“You’re there for the 1000 ‘moooom’ screams a day, but when you’re hiding in our bedroom or on a trip, or just slightly out of frame, I get to see their desperation on a whole different level. And for good reason… you make them feel safe, seen, understood, heard, & truly unconditionally loved,” he wrote.
“You just have this magic trick, where you make everyone feel celebrated for being them…even some of our kids’ little asshole friends whom I have no patience for,” he also wrote. “You see the good because you are the good. And we love you something beyond. Happy Mother’s Day ba.”
Koma jokingly added: “Now please go save millennial pop music, it needs you now more than ever.”

In one photo, Duff could be seen smiling alongside one of her girls, who wore 2025 glasses and made a funny face. She also included a few snaps of her baby daughter Townes, who swam in a pool and cuddled up alongside her mom.
“Like some of the past few days….😵💫,” she captioned the photos.
