Hilaria Baldwin is sharing what she loves most about Mother’s Day.
On Sunday, May 11, the proud mom, 41, shared a Reel on her Instagram of her Mother’s Day celebration with her family of nine, which included cards, flowers and gifts from her kids. In her caption, Hilaria revealed what her favorite part of the special day is.
“Happy Mother’s Day to all 🌸🩷! Sending so much love. I think one of my favorite parts of Mother’s Day is watching them try to be secretive while they make cards for me,” she wrote in her caption.
“They are so excited and their energy of trying to surprise me melts my heart 💙 #mothersday.”

Hilaria and Alec share seven children together, welcoming their youngest, daughter Ilaria Catalina Irena, 2, in September 2022.
The couple, who tied the knot in 2012, shares three daughters, Ilaria Catalina Irena, María Lucía Victoria, 4, and Carmen Gabriela, 11, as well as four sons Eduardo “Edu” Pao Lucas, 4, Romeo Alejandro David, 6, Leonardo Ángel Charles, 8, and Rafael Thomas, 9. Alec is also dad to daughter Ireland Baldwin, 29, whom he shares with ex-wife Kim Basinger.
During an interview with Romper in June 2023, Hilaria said Ilaria is “probably, most definitely, almost completely” her last child.
“I’m always afraid to say it. I was putting away my maternity clothes recently and was like, ‘I’m afraid to give them away because then I’ll find out I’m pregnant,’ ” she told the outlet. “Every single time I have a baby, my OB writes down the vasectomy doctor on a Post-It, and I bring it home to Alec. He hasn’t done it yet.”

Ahead of the release of their TLC reality series, The Baldwins, in February 2025, Alec said he “wouldn’t change anything” about their big family.
“I always joke with her and say, ‘You know where I should be right now, don’t you? We should be on Geffen’s yacht, drinking a cappuccino and reading a book, and having dinner with Spielberg or whatever,’ ” he said, while Hilaria added, “Instead we’re changing diapers!”
As Alec discussed his differences in parenting styles with Hilaria, he said that “things have changed so much.”
“Everything has changed, I think when you’re her age and you have kids, and you get older, you get tougher,” he said. “For me, as I’m getting older and older, and I don’t want to be tougher. I don’t want to be anything. I just want to be a father to my kids.”
“I want to just watch and see what the years I have left us to experience and not have it be about me,” Alec added.
