Heidi Klum Shares Rare Photo With Son, 18, During Big Celebration originally appeared on Parade.
Supermodel Heidi Klum, 52, had reason to celebrate recently, and she took fans along for the ride. Klum’s son Johan, 18, graduated from high school, and she shared some of the highlights from the event on Instagram.
On June 11, Klum gushed over her son in the caption of her new Instagram post. She wrote, “Cheering you on today and every day ❤️ CONGRATULATIONS JOHAN 🎓🥳🙏❤️ my heart is full of joy and pride. ❤️❤️❤️❤️”
The first upload in Klum’s post showed Johan accepting his diploma in the school gymnasium at Campbell Hall, a private school in Studio City, California. His full name, Johan Riley Fyodor Taiwo Samuel, was announced as he stepped forward to get his diploma.
Johan wore a dress shirt and tie under his graduation gown, along with sneakers. He towered over the staff as he posed for photos and walked across the stage amid cheers.
The second upload in Klum’s post was a short video clip that showed her kissing her son’s cheek. The final highlight was a still photo showing Johan posing with his diploma, Klum smiling as she stood next to him.
Klum’s other son, 19-year-old Henry Günther Ademola Dashtu Samuel, stood on the other side of Johan. According to People, Klum’s ex-husband, singer Seal, was also at the graduation. The former couple share four children: Leni, Henry, Johan, and Lou.

In October 2024, Klum talked to People about Johan. She explained they had been touring schools for Johan, and did a tour at Parsons School of Design. “Johan is very much into the arts and making clothes. So today we toured Parsons,” she noted.
All four of Klum’s children have expressed an interest in following in her footsteps professionally. In addition to Johna’s interest in Parsons, Leni is already modeling, and Henry walked in the Paris Fashion Week in March. Klum’s youngest, Lou, has also asked when she can start modeling, Klum told Access Hollywood.
