Hailey Bieber is finding a calm spot in the storm.
In an interview with Vogue Italia published on July 23, the Rhode founder, 28, talked about navigating the rumors around her marriage with Justin Bieber while going through postpartum.
Hailey, who gave birth to her and Justin’s son, Jack Blues, in August 2024, admitted that the time after she gave birth was “the most delicate period I’ve ever been through in my life” and that “learning to live with a new version” of herself was “very difficult.”
“And having to do all this while constantly reading falsehoods on the internet like ‘They’re getting divorced’ or ‘They’re no longer happy together’ is something that really drives you crazy. I’m not even sure I can explain it. It’s a crazy life,” said the mom of one.

However, most of what’s written about her online “isn’t true” and she does, in fact, “have a real life. It’s the one I share with my wonderful family, with my friends, with the people who know me and love me.”
Vogue Italia also obtained a quote from Hailey’s close pal, Kendall Jenner, who described her as “caring” and “almost maternal.”
“I’m a bit of a hypochondriac, and if I’m having a panic attack, she’ll come right over and take care of me,” added the model.
In a Vogue cover story published in May, Hailey fiercely defended her relationship with Justin, reflecting on the hate that she expected to subside following her pregnancy.
“Well, I thought seven years in it would’ve already, and it hasn’t,” she replied when asked if she thought the internet chatter would eventually die down. “You would think after having a child, people would maybe move on, chill out a little bit, but no,” she said. “So I guess these bitches are going to be mad.”

Elsewhere in her interview, the former model said she’s “learned so much from Justin” about dealing with criticism. “He’s been doing this literally since he was a child and he has had to face the most scrutiny of any person that I know. He was like, ‘Baby, trust me, I’ve been here before many, many times. You’re not going to win. There is no winning.’”

In a statement shared with Vogue, Justin, 31, addressed the scrutiny. “She’s in the spotlight, and has the attention because of her effortless knack for style, business, art and fashion,” he said. “And the way she makes being a mom and wife look easy.”
The singer also reflected on his marriage, noting, “I’ve done a lot of dumb things in my life, but the smartest thing I’ve ever done was marry Hailey.”
Hailey and Justin tied the knot in 2018 with a civil ceremony before celebrating with a star-studded wedding in 2019. Most recently, the “Daisies” singer has been sharing glimpses into their lives on social media, taking to Instagram earlier this month with a series of loved-up photos with his wife.
