Hailey Bieber knows the power of great outerwear. She’s proved this via her seemingly endless collection of black leather jackets, fur coats, oversize blazers, and cool bombers. And now, for spring, she embracing the trench coat.
The Rhode founder stepped out with husband Justin Bieber for a low-key date night in Los Angeles earlier this week, and for the evening debuted a quietly chic, no-fuss look. Her trench was a breezy beige piece that looked like it could withstand a rain storm in London and still look elegant. It featured a slick collar and was dotted with black buttons.

Hailey wore the coat over a light-weight beige-and-black striped sweater that she layered over a plain white T-shirt. For bottoms. she chose a pair of stretchy black pants with a little flare, proving what we already knew: You never have to sacrifice comfort for style.
Hailey accessorized her date-night ensemble with some classic staples: glossy black pointed-toe kitten heels, an oversize black leather clutch, skinny black sunglasses, and several rings.
Justin was photographed walking behind Hailey, and matched her outfit color palette in a furry black jacket and beige pants so loose he had to hold them up as he walked. He layered on two hoodies—a red and a baby-pink one—under his jacket, and capped off his fit with caramel-brown suede work boots and a gray beanie.
