Hailey Bieber is continuing to stand by husband Justin Bieber amid his concerning behavior, but that doesn’t mean she necessarily approves of it, a source exclusively tells Parade.
“Hailey loves Justin very much, and she’s very loyal to him. She’s a really sweet girl and always has had a good head on her shoulders,” the insider shares. “She protects and defends him, but that doesn’t mean she hasn’t had moments [where] he’s done things to embarrass her or that she doesn’t necessarily approve of.”

The source adds: “She’s definitely cleaned up situations and apologized for his behavior to people when she hasn’t needed or wanted to.”
Parade has reached out to Hailey’s rep for comment.
Throughout the year, fans have expressed growing concern over Justin’s behavior online, including his most recent controversy, in which he was pictured next to a large bong while on vacation with friends.
The two-time Grammy Award winner broke his silence following fan concern via his Instagram Story in March, writing that he has “personally always felt unworthy” of his success and that he also felt like a “fraud.”
“Like when people told me I deserve something, it made me feel sneaky. Like, damn, if they only knew my thoughts. How judgmental I am, how selfish I really am, they wouldn’t be saying this,” he wrote at the time. “I say all this to say, if you feel sneaky welcome to the club. I definitely feel unequipped and unqualified most days.”

Despite previous rumors that he and Hailey were headed toward a split, a source told Parade in February that the couple is in it for the long haul amid becoming new parents to son Jack Blues, whom they welcomed in August last year.
“They are very much still together. They’ve never separated,” the insider said. “They’ve had their ups and downs, but neither of them have any intention of leaving the other. It’s always been Justin’s dream to be a father, and he loves Hailey very much.”
