There are private celebrity couples, and then there are couples fans barely know anything about. Since they began dating, Kylie Jenner and Timothée Chalamet have fallen firmly into the latter category.
While the pair recently made their red carpet debut during a photocall in Rome during the 70th David Di Donatello at Cinecittà Studios, the two have yet to make their romance Instagram official. Luckily, designer Haider Ackermann and the creative director of Tom Ford went ahead and did it for them
Taking to his own social media page, Ackermann posted a sweet behind-the-scenes snap from a FaceTime call with the couple.
In the photo, which appears to have been taken just before the two hit the carpet, Jenner is seen carefully adding the final touches to Chalamet’s suit. As the Kylie Cosmetics founder uses a lint roller, the Dune actor stares ahead with a smile, while Ackermann oversees the interaction with a grin.
“TEAMWORK – Miss K, you’re hired,” he wrote in his caption. “BROTHER elegantly in TOM FORD receiving the 70th David Di Donatello Award. PROUD AS ALWAYS my Brother – H.”
The post was shared as part of a larger carousel, which also included a video of the moment Jenner and Chalamet walked onto the red carpet together, hand-in-hand.
For the special occasion, Chalamet wore a velvet double-breasted suit from the luxury house with a white rose pinned to his jacket’s lapel. He paired it with a black button-up and refined black dress shoes.
In a color-coordinated look, Jenner made a statement of her own with a body-hugging black Schiaparelli gown featuring a criss-crossing open back. She added a touch of gold with her earrings—on full display thanks to her slicked-back bun—and a gold-embellished black clutch.
It takes a village to make moments like this happen.
